Good Morning, Possums and Happy Sunday. Time to prep for a new week. I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.
Well, it is over. I am out of MRI-Hell for at least 6 months. It was awful and I hated all 150 minutes of it. But I remained still the entire time and the tech assured me that the images she took were clear and good.
Immediately afterward, I had cocktails with a few friends. That martini could quite possibly be the best martini I have ever had.
About three hours after the MRI, I received an email from UTSW (the hospital) the said my results of my scan were available. I went to my inbox and opened them up and it said exactly what I thought is was going to say. A bunch of medical gobbledygook that I don’t understand and have no interest in looking up. I’m just going to have to wait until tomorrow and let my neurologist explain them to me.
But I do have to say to UTSW…if you are going to put MRI results in my inbox, email me a dumbed-down versions I don’t have to wait 48 to know what it means! Thank you, that is all.
