Coming to you from the Celebrity Suites of the Wyndemere Condominiums on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas. Today is Monday, November 7. It’s going to be a cloudy, rainy day with a high of 79 degrees.
No birthdays on my calendar today/
Good Morning, Possums and Happy Monday. I am in recovery mode from our fundraiser last night. We, the Dallas Titans, friends, supporters, and Round Up Patrons packed the house last night. Raffle tickets were purchased, Jell-O Shots were sold, performers were amazing, the hosts were very entertaining and kept the show moving and we sold every last t-shirt.
We broke a new fundraising record for an event and raised almost $6000 last night. Combined with the funds we raised from a previous event, the Dallas Titans will be donating $9000 to the Resource Center Food Pantry for the holiday season.
Thank you, everyone, for coming to the event and supporting us. It was an amazing night of entertainment and just plain fun!
I took today off from work (thank goodness) so I am going to lie down and rest.
