Good Morning and Happy Saturday! It’s the weekend and it looks like it will be a beautiful, hot day. While I am thankful to be out of the hospital and that dreadful in-patient physical/occupational rehab facility, the walls at home are starting to close in and I feel a case of cabin fever coming on. I just need to hang on for four more days and keep myself busy……and take lots of naps! ‘Outside’ isn’t going anywhere.
I was watching the news this morning and it occurred to me that Covid and monkey pox are not the headlines they once were. Top news continues to revolve around transporting migrants to the northeast, the hurricanes churning and heading our way and the war in the Ukraine. I guess I was late to the party - I got Covid when Covid wasn’t cool anymore. LOL - However, I think it’s here to stay.
OK, I’m going to get busy and do a little work this morning before I begin lounging this afternoon. Whats are your plans today?
