Happy Friday / FriYAY! It’s the weekend. This week went by quickly, but that’s OK, we have a brand new one starting in two days - LOL.
I took a COVID test yesterday and I can report that I am COVID-free. However, I still have 5 more days of quarantine. I think I can manage that. I have plenty to binge-watch (thanks for all of the suggestions) and plenty of work to do as well.
Mom and Dad (and the tour group) made it to Israel safely. That’s a relief. I know they are safe and fine and they are going to have a fantastic time, but selfishly, I like it better when they are in South Carolina.
I received an email from a friend yesterday which contained the Hallmark Channel’s announcement of their Christmas / Holiday movie schedule this year. It has begun - and we have skipped over Halloween, Thanksgiving, Indigenous People’s Day (formerly Columbus Day - that new name is going to take some getting used to), Veterans Day and my weekend planning meeting for next year’s Arbor Day activities (kidding).
While I am sure each will receive an ‘Honorable Mention’ as their day approaches, the Christmas / Holiday still manages to steal most of the attention. I even saw an advertisement announcing the day and time “Rudolph” is scheduled to come on television this year. But I digress.
No meetings on my schedule today, but lots of work to do. What’s on your Friday schedule?
