My Life with Multiple Sclerosis 061322

Good Morning, Possums, from the Celebrity Suite of the Wyndemere Condominiums on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas. Today is Monday, June 13. It’s going to be another sunny, sweltering day in Dallas with a high of 100. I’m staying inside again.
No birthdays on my calendar today.
Well, it’s Monday and it’s time to kick off another work week. I did not do a great deal this weekend except sleep. That little bug/cold I had kept me down but I think the worst is over.
Congratulations
to my Titans for raising enough money yesterday to send three kids to Camp Esperanza (summer camp for kids with cancer) ALL EXPENSES PAID!! That is fantastic. I love being a Dallas Titan!
It’s a bit of a short work week for me. Mom and dad arrive tomorrow, late afternoon. They are coming to accompany me to my PLEX appointment on Wednesday afternoon and then to Chemotherapy on Thursday morning. Yepper - we are calling in the big guns to take on my immune system to wipe it out completely until my nexy MS drug cycle which starts in August September. I took off Friday as well to deal with any possible reaction to (or side affects from) the Chemo. I am glad they are going to be here with me.
Just a few meetings at work today. My schedule is mostly clear (I say that now - watch it fill up).
Anyhoozle - what’s on your schedule today?
I wish you and everyone around you a SPECTACULAR day. Do everything today with kindness in your heart. The world is full of nice people. If you can’t find one, be one!
Peace, Love and Blessings to you all. -AJ
