HAPPY HUMP DAY! We made it half way through the week. It’s been a bit of a slow-moving week. However, I was saved from jury duty late yesterday afternoon. And I finally got my port placement surgery scheduled for Monday (4/11) at 9am. The only two things that have not moved or been cancelled this week are my MRI tomorrow and my PLEX on Friday.
I am nervous about my MRI tomorrow. Three hours in that tiny tube lying perfectly still so they can see what is going on in my brain and my spinal cord - once with dye and once without.
Thank God my prescription for some coping-medication is ready to be picked up this afternoon. It should be enough Ativan to stop a charging rhino - well, at least that’s what I asked for.
Only a few meetings today but one of them is 4 hours long. and it starts at 8am. I’m going to need some coffee and lots of it. But for now, I’m going to go back to sleep for a few more hours if possible.
Anyhoozle, it’s time to dream about getting this day started. I wish you all a SPECTACULAR day.
