Happy Birthday to:
Ryan Wager
Tracey Lipe Francis
It’s Friday Eve.
The weekend is almost here.
I only have one meeting today.
I’m getting this catheter out of my chest on Monday.
Tomorrow is Friday.
My family, friends, work and church are amazing.
All of that is wonderful and great, isn’t it?
It is, but the only thing I can think of right now and for the next ten hours is being shoved into a tiny little tube and baked on ‘nuclear’ for three hours until gold and bubbly (not really gold and bubbly but if I’m going to be in there that long you would think, at the very least, I would come out with a decent tan).
Thank God for Valium and the neurologist that prescribes it to me so I can through this with no memory of it whatsoever!
Yes, today I have my MRI. It’s a necessary evil (very evil) and hopefully some answers will come from it; explanations of why I break through my treatments, and what treatment will serve me best.
I’m asking for thoughts, prayers, positive vibes, good juju that:
1. I get through the MRI with no issues.
2. I get some answers and a good treatment plan.
3. I win the lottery.
4. I am magically cured
5. I get to have lunch with Judy Kuhn, Audra McDonald and Patti LuPone when I go to New York this summer.
6. I get the power to fly.
OK, fine - just 1, 2 and 4! But 3, 5 and 6 would be nice too!
Anyhoozle, it’s time to get this day started. I wish you all a SPECTACULAR day.
Make it a great day and do everything today with kindness in your heart. The world is full of kind people. Be one of them! And as always:
...wear a mask (when appropriate)
...be kind and compassionate to one another
...dance/sing/laugh it out. It might not help but it sure as hell couldn't hurt.
Peace, Love and Blessings to you all. -AJ
