Good Morning, Possums, from the Celebrity Suite of the Wyndemere Condominiums on Turtle Creek. Today is Friday, February 4.
Happy Birthday to:
It’s Friday! I’m not sure why that excites me as much as it does. Even though I was in meetings all day yesterday, I think it felt like a Friday or a snow day.
It’s going to be a cold, sunny day in Dallas today with a high of 35 degrees - just a smidge above freezing. Perhaps with the sun out it will melt a bit of the ice and things can start getting back to normal.
I turned on the television this morning expecting to watch the morning news but the Olympic Opening Ceremonies were on instead. And watching another morning news team - I don’t know why, but it just doesn’t work for me. Plus, I am not into the Olympics like I used to be.
Walking is a bit better today. My legs do not seem as stiff as yesterday. It would be nice if MS affected everyone the same way, but no two people have the same MS which is frustrating.
Oh the joys and blessings of Multiple Sclerosis.
I only have two meetings this morning and then some actual work. No plans for weekend either - just church on Sunday.
What’s on your schedule today?
Anyhoozle, I hope you all have a wonderful day and whatever you do today and every day, do it with kindness in your heart. The world is full of kind people. If you can’t find one, be one! And as always:
...wear a mask
...be kind and compassionate to one another
...dance/sing/laugh it out. It might not help but it sure as hell couldn't hurt.
Peace, Love and Blessings to you all. -AJ
