And just like that…winter has arrived in Dallas, TX - well, for the day, anyway. It’s cloudy with a high of a whopping 36 degrees today. But it’s going to be 71 degrees on Tuesday. Regardless, I think I’ll stay in today.
PLEX yesterday was easy-peasy. I was in and out of there in under two hours. Christopher, my favorite nurse, doesn’t waste any time and as long as your body cooperates, you get in and out quickly. It also helps when my other favorite nurses pop in: Shay, Mimi, Bridgette, Marty, Ed - they are all so nice and I know I go for the procedure but I really do like going just to see them. It makes a huge difference in every possible way - in the treatment and it fuels my attitude towards living with MS.
I even got my Ranch Water afterwards with some friends and then had a relaxing evening at home. It didn’t take long before the toll of the PLEX procedure took effect and I was fast asleep. I feel good and rested today and sore from physical therapy yesterday but that’s a good thing. No plans today but I am sure I will figure something out.
