Good Morning, Possums and Happy Friday, Happy FriYAY and TGIF. The weekend has arrived.
I am about over the rainy weather - probably not as much as folks in flooded areas and whatnot - but I am ready for some sun. We may get a little later today. I shall remain hopeful.
I have had ZERO medical-type appointments this week, only one next week and then ZERO for two whole weeks. How exciting is that? I may go outside and do a cartwheel. Hold please…. LOL
Today we close the books on May 2024. January seemed to creep by and now we are a month away from 2024 being half way over and 208 days until Christmas Day. But even more important than that. Next Sunday (June 9) is the second season premiere of The Real Housewives of Dubai. The decadence, the opulence, the conceit , the obliviousness, the cat fights and bitchiness… I’ve been waiting a year for it all.
(While I do feel the Andy Cohen {the producer} is the Devil’s Lapdog and is single-handedly setting the women’s movement back 300 years, this show is complete trash and I am addicted to it).
GENERAL UPDATE
I am enjoying not traveling to medical appointments every week. I didn’t realize how much time that freed up. My vision has been a little jacked-up (blurry), but that’s typical some days. It usually clears up later in the day.
PODCAST
The show is currently on hiatus and will return on June 3, 2024. Season One will come to a close on June 24. Only four more episodes before we break for the summer. We will return for Season Two on September 9, 2024.
Season 2 will include Over It/Obsessed With It, a few new segments, Olympics Review, College Football, Halloween Stuff, Thanksgiving Stuff, December Holiday Stuff, Viewer/Listener mail, more great guests and possibly a live episode where you can call in and speak with us.…please come back and join us.
MEDICALLY SPEAKING
I feel the best I have in a long time. I meet with my neurologist at the end of June and I am ready to see what, if anything, is next or if we change anything regard my treatment.
