Good Morning, Possums and Happy Saturday and Happy Weekend. I hope your week went well and your weekend is going to be relaxing, productive and enjoyable.
My week was good, but busy, with appointments and whatnot. Next week is more of the same; PT/OT, Board meetings, Botox (in my legs) semaglutide and recording episode three of our podcast.
I’m not sure where I would fit in a full-time job if I was able to work one. I still look through job postings wondering ‘maybe’ but the realization is a great big NO!
Get this - I nearly fell on the floor - but Yes Cruz’s office called me to see if I had heard anything from social security yet. TED CRUZ’S OFFICE!!! WTF! I am still in shock. I told them that I have heard anything and they person on the other end said she would give it until February 28 and give me a check in with me then. She even noted other calendar.
I don’t know what to think. Has Ted Cruz been shamed into doing something good and selfless? Or does he just want my vote? Maybe the minion in his office cares (or actually gives a crap)? DoesTed Cruz have a heart? I have always imagined his to be like mine - black and frozen solid - and his is republican and mine is the polar opposite of that.
