Good Morning, Possums and Happy Wednesday and Happy Hump Day. We made it half way through the week. And we have a holiday on Monday - MLK Day. Sorry I didn’t post yesterday. The day just got away from me. There is a lot going on.
Monday evening, we had our first meeting with everyone contributing to our podcast and it was a lot of fun. We will be covering sports, entertainment -theater and movie reviews, the royals, the housewives and each week we will have a special guest to discuss issues such as breast cancer, multiple sclerosis, volunteering and fundraising. A local author will be joining us to discuss his book and there may even a cooking segment or two. We are going for a fun, yet informative show.
Speaking of the local author, he is a friend of mine I have known for 30 years. We met through a mutual friend in 1994. We met for a few hours yesterday and I think you will really enjoy listening and learning from him. He is a great guy and his last name is Jones- gotta love that!
I had my first shot of semaglutide yesterday morning. I hope it works….and fast. I know it will but it works differently on each person.
Today, I only have one meeting and then a lot of busy work and planning. That’s OK because I love planning and scheduling. But right now, I need coffee.
