Good Morning, Possums and Happy Sunday. I made it home to SC last night with no issues. My plane was not full at all. It is usually packed, but there were only 58 people only flight. Time to hire a new publicist! LOL
So - Day 5 in NYC - nothing much to tell. We just packed up and went to the airport. I hate leaving NYC. But I will be back. However, I think summer is the wrong time to visit the Big Apple. I wouldn’t mind visiting around the holidays again!
I have to thank my traveling buddies for putting up with and assisting me and all my extra-ness: Timothy Thomas for driving the car and Shannon Brown and Roger R Carbajal for clearing the path forward…Thank You!
I am so glad to be home for the next three weeks and I hope to get in lots of time with friends and neighbors. This will also give me some time to nail down new weekly schedule. I have it on good authority that I am going to be asked to do some volunteer work (can’t say where or with whom because I haven’t been asked yet) but I am going to need a fancy title (obviously). Something like, “Senior Executive Communications and Web-Based Media Volunteer”…that’s just off the top of my head.
As much as I want to enjoy the holidays, mind is on January 6; my MRI do over. I have decided to do this one cold-turkey - no pills to make me sleep. This will remove all movement issues and show only what is there. I’ve just got to suck it up and do it….and when it is over, find a bar!
