No birthdays on my calendar today.
Happy Saturday and Happy Weekend. Great news yesterday - my blood work came back with a big jump in my lymphocytes - enough to make me eligible for round #2 chemotherapy. Round #1 really did a number on me, but it is helping. I never thought I would be this excited about getting / going through chemotherapy. As soon as I speak with my neurologist, I hope to get scheduled for this coming week or the next.
No big plans this weekend. I have a church finance committee meeting at 10am today and a church board meeting tomorrow after church. Other than that, it is going to be pretty quiet. It sounds like a good time to go through some profiles for my Personal Assistant.
Who wouldn’t want to spend spend 5 to ten hours a week with me running errands, grocery shopping, meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry, taking me to Dr.’s appointments, watching Real Housewives of Dubai, braiding each other’s hair and gabbing about American Idol? LOL - AND get paid for it? OK, not the braiding or the gabbing - well, I'm sure we'll find something to gab about, but if you know of anyone interested, please let me know ASAP.
