Well, it’s Monday morning and time to kick off another work week. I need another day in the weekend.
I received an email last Thursday from the Perot Foundation NTRC, UT Southwestern Medical Center, O’Donnell Brain Institute and it said:
“Thank you for submitting your information into our survey for potential patients for the Beat MS trial, here at UT Southwestern Medical Center. You have been selected to move forward in prescreening process. We require more medical information from you to continue the screening process.
Please contact us if you are still interested."
It is not the Stem Cell study - and before you ask - I have NO IDEA what it is. As soon as I find out I will post - hopefully today. But that’s pretty exciting. Maybe I will get into a trial pretty soon.
Also, I have been using my roller/walker around my casa instead of my chair. I can lift my feet up to walk and not drag them so the acute rounds of PLEX seem to be working. I have two more this week.
Maybe things are finally taking a turn for the better. Maybe things are looking up! I have hope. I have faith.
