Good Morning, Possums, from the Celebrity Suite of the Wyndemere Condominiums on Turtle Creek. Today is Friday, March 18.
Happy Birthday to:
Joseph Andrade
HAPPY FRIDAY! It’s FRIYAY! TGIF and all that biz-natch!. Yes, it’s finally the weekend. It’s going to be a partly cloudy day today but the rest of the weekend looks decent.
I am not cranky this morning (and the world heaves a collective sigh of relief) for many reasons:
I woke up not cranky because it’s Friday and it’s the weekend.
I am not cranky because I have hot coffee.
I woke up not cranky and rather relieved knowing that I get brand new healthy plasma today and the plasma my body makes, which makes want to jump head first into a wood chipper (just kidding - I would never jump in head first), will be removed and thrown away.
I am also not cranky because I only have one meeting this morning. I know meetings are where a lot of work gets done and decisions are made, but I can’t sit still for more than an hour. And we have all had those meetings which could have and should have really been an email.
I am not cranky because in today’s episode of “Andy Gets Another Plasma Exchange’, my friend from Texas A&M, Carol Margo Stanners, is my guest star (transportation and company).
I woke up not cranky because of all the support, love, family and friends, work, church, softball I have in my life. They will drop everything and do anything to help me - no questions asked - which is good because I cannot explain half of things that are happening inside my body. I am blessed beyond belief.
And finally, I woke up not cranky because all of you have helped me to not only reach (and crush) my goal of $10,000, but pass it to a total of $12,261 to help find a cure for multiple sclerosis. I intend to thank everyone who donated (stay tuned - and you can still donate by clicking the link below). I am the #1 fundraiser in Dallas / Fort Worth and #43 in the nation. THANK YOU and GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Anyhoozle, I hope you all have a wonderful day / weekend and whatever you do today and every day, do it with kindness in your heart. The world is full of kind people. If you can’t find one, be one! And as always:
...wear a mask when appropriate (CDC says they may not be necessary anymore - stay tuned)
...be kind and compassionate to one another
...dance/sing/laugh it out. It might not help but it sure as hell couldn't hurt.
Peace, Love and Blessings to you all. -AJ
