It’s HUMP DAY. We made it half way through the week. I never thought this day would get here. I am going into the office (in my mask and gloves and in my chair). I have not seen these people in person in two years. And the fact that I am in my chair could be a topic of conversation.
I have several meetings today. But immediately after my last one, I am going to see my neurologist. FINALLY. Time to get some questions answered. Am I going on a new treatment plan? What is my new treatment plan? When is my next MRI? Am I a candidate for the stem cell study? If so, when will the study begin? May I have one hundred million dollars?
Depending upon the outcome of this appointment, I will either:
- go home and get some work done.
- go have a dirty martini to celebrate the outcome of the appointment.
- go have a dirty martini because of the outcome of the appointment.
I'm hoping for option B. Stay tuned…
In the meantime, I need your help. Please consider sponsoring me in the Dallas (Frisco) MS Walk for a cure. Currently, and thanks to you and your generosity, I have raised $7150; only $2850 to go. I am over 70% of the way to my $10,000 goal, and only 9 days to get there.
To everyone who has donated, THANK YOU. If you have not, please consider a donation.. Help me reach my goal. Support me and make a donation to the Dallas MS Walk by clicking the link below.
Check to see if your company will match your donation as well.

In other news, we have another blast of wintry weather heading this way on Friday with temps dropping into the 20’s (my legs are so excited) and some ice and sleet. People don’t seem to be as worked up about this one - probably because it’s going to be almost 50 degrees on Saturday - LOL - and the St. Patty’s Day parade, 5K and street party is on this year. I will not be attending, but it hasn’t happened the last two years.
What do you have planned today?
Anyhoozle, I hope you all have a wonderful day and whatever you do today and every day, do it with kindness in your heart. The world is full of kind people. If you can’t find one, be one! And as always:
...wear a mask when appropriate (CDC says they may not be necessary anymore - stay tuned)
...be kind and compassionate to one another
...dance/sing/laugh it out. It might not help but it sure as hell couldn't hurt.
Peace, Love and Blessings to you all. -AJ
