And just like that…the weekend is over. I took the day off from social media yesterday. I think I am leaning towards “No Social Media Sundays” with the exception of church. I have to say it was nice.
It’s going to be a cloudy day in Big D today with a decent chance of some rain this afternoon. I have a pretty full schedule as well: physical therapy, a few meetings, and later this morning I am getting botox inbox of my legs. We have upped the dose in my left leg, so fingers-crossed I see a difference fairly soon. The spasticity in that leg is the bigger issue. It tends to drag later in the day.
I am not sure my MS targeted my left leg, but it is what it is. Oh the joys and blessings of multiple sclerosis.

...dance/sing/laugh it out. It might not help but it sure as hell couldn't hurt.
