Good Morning, Possums, from the Celebrity Suite of the Wyndemere Condominiums on Turtle Creek. Today is Saturday, January 8.
Happy Birthday to:
Robert Contreras
And just like that…it’s the weekend. It’s Saturday morning and the arctic air has moved on (somewhat). It has been exchanged for a gray, gloomy, rainy day. I’ll be staying inside today…mostly.
My trip to the Botox doctor yesterday was good. The range of motion in my right leg has increased. However, the range of motion in my left leg has decreased. What that means is I can go for short walks in circles to the left. What it really means is on January 31, should insurance approve the procedure, I’ll be getting a higher dosage of Botox in my left leg and the same amount in my right leg and hopefully things will improve.
Not much going on today; a little work (not too much), a trip to the Boardroom, a load or two of laundry and shoe shopping with Carol Margo Stanners. My left foot has been swollen for a year. It has looked like a cankle (sp). But since I got out of the hospital New Years Day, it looks like a regular old foot - one that will fit in something other than sandals.
Oh, the joys of being blessed with MS. It’s not for the weak, but it’s a delight for those of us with a mouth like a sailor.
What’s on your schedule today?
Anyhoozle, I hope you all have a wonderful day and whatever you do today and every day, do it with kindness in your heart. The world is full of kind people. If you can’t find one, be one! And as always:
...wear a mask
...be kind and compassionate to one another
...dance/sing/laugh it out. It might not help but it sure as hell couldn't hurt.
Peace, Love and Blessings to you all. -AJ
