It’s going to be another pleasant, sunny day in Big D today, but the clouds and rain are moving in tonight. Not sure what my plans are on vacation day #2. I started planning my birthday vacation next summer, but it has turned out to be a bit more of a challenge. Securing accessibility / disability ‘options’ is more of an issue than I thought it would be. No matter - challenge accepted! Time to learn (and accept) another new way of doing things.
This will be my first trip since I have been blessed with MS and I want it to be as little of a hassle as possible - even if this means using (and I am fighting this every step of the way, but if it is easier, I may have to acquiesce) a wheelchair. I can walk - just not great distances and not for too, terribly long.
More on that to come. Like I said - challenge accepted!
