A Day in the Life of Multiple Sclerosis 100621

Good Morning from the Celebrity Suite of the Wyndemere Condominiums on Turtle Creek. Today is Wednesday, October 6 and Happy Hump Day.
Happy Birthday to:
October 6th is National Coaches Day - a day to honor the men and women who inspire us to work harder and do our best.
Across the country in every community, a coach organizes teams, plans practices and training, motivates players to strive to be the best they can be. At the same time, coaches pinpoint areas for improvement and supply guidance. Every sport or competition requires a leader. More importantly, a leader who knows the game and drives athletes to work together as a team
Coaches work to build teams that bond well. They develop work ethics and set standards for their athletes that many carry with them throughout their lifetime.

Happy National Coaches Day!
It’s Hump Day. We made it half way through the week and I am one day closer to a 4-day weekend.
It is going to be another warm, sunny day in Big D today. And today is the day. In a few hours my car will be here to take me into the office (Good Lord, that sounds so pretentious). I haven’t been into the office in 19 months. I know everything will be fine. I have got my masks, my gloves and all of my meds ready to go. I am taking my roller and not my cane - easier for mobility and I can cover more ground faster.
Am I a litte nervous? Yes! Will everything be fine? Yes! Does knowing that make me any less nervous? No! LOL
I think it may be time to go in for an oil change (plasma exchange). The tingling and numbness is a little more pronounced this morning - AND - it has been a week since my last one. It’s just so hard to tell. First thing in the morning is the worst time (for me). That is when everything MS-related in my body seems to be alive and running rampant. I will call when I get to the office and schedule that - hopefully for Friday. I’ll see what the doctor says.
What do you have planned today?
Anyhoozle, I hope you all have a wonderful day and whatever you do today and every day, do it with kindness in your heart. The world is full of kind people. If you can’t find one, be one! And as always:
...wear a mask
...be kind and compassionate to one another
...dance/sing/laugh it out. It might not help but it sure as hell couldn't hurt.
Peace, Love and Blessings to you all. -AJ
