HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY, POSSUMS!

I’m sending all kinds of VALENTINE’S DAY LOVE to each and every one of you - not just today but every day. Can you believe it? January is gone (thank goodness) and February is half way over? I’m not mad about that either.
I have had two full weeks of nothing medical. That in itself has been a bit of a vacation. Although without that, there are days I sort of feel like I don’t know what to do with my time. I know - it’s strange, but it’s true.
We have had a bit of a cold weather snap here and that has played havoc on my legs but I still get where I need to be. The temperature is going to be up and down for the next week or so but that’s to be expected around here this time of year.
I am looking for some Valentine’s Day love in the form of sponsorship.I have kicked off my 2025 Fundraising for the National Multiple Sclerosis Walk for a Cure (Saturday, April 5).
Six years ago (February 6, 2019 at 2:30pm - a date/time I will not forget) my life changed forever. Things started happening to me - to my body - I had no control over. Tingling, numbness, muscle spasms, blurred vision just to name a few. I was in and out of the hospital over the next several years. And if not for my amazing parents, family, friends, my doctor(s) and lots of prayer, I don’t know where I would be.
I am finally back to my baseline (I think). I feel better than I have in a very long time. I may be stuck in a wheelchair but that does not mean I get to slack off. I don’t wish MS on anyone so I have to do my part in raising awareness of the disease and raising funds to find a cure.
