GENERAL UPDATE
Still holding steady at my baseline - for the most part. My left leg has always been my ‘problem’ leg’ but now, my right leg seems to want to play that game as well. And it’s not my whole leg - it’s just from the knee down on both legs.
Also (and I don’t understand this one at all), meat (chicken, beef, fish) is not currently in my diet. I don’t like it and don’t have a taste for it. Viola (my assistant) is an excellent cook, but for the last two weeks, I have been steamed vegetables only - and I’m good with that. I hope it’s just a phase, but right now, meat just turns my stomach.
