It’s another beautiful day in Big D. Both Titans teams have back-to-back games at 8am and 9am. Obviously, I’m there in spirit. GO TITANS!
I am looking forward to a medical/medical appointment-free week. They rarely present themselves but when they do, I try to take full advantage of the time I get back. This one comes at a great time because mom and dad arrive Tuesday evening.
We are recording episode 6 of our podcast tomorrow evening. This week our special guest co-host is Becca Wheeler who will be discussing volunteering and discussing her mission tris and mission work. The next week, episode 7, is our Post-Oscars special. Episode 8 will feature a co-host who is a hard-working actor in Hollywood discussing the good/bad of the entertainment industry as well as shows/movies in which he has been cast and any brushes with A-List actors. Episode 10 is “almost confirmed” so stay tuned for an announcement.
So a fun week ahead - podcast tomorrow night, mom and dad arrive Tuesday, house cleaner comes on Tuesday (yes, that is exciting) and on Friday night, I am going (withy best gal pal, Sallie Ann Plaxico) to see Alan Cumming (Tony Winner for Cabaret, TV - The Good Wife, The Good Fight, Traitors) perform his one-man show before it reaches Broadway in a few months. Mom and Dad will be on their own Friday night - I had the tickets before they made their plans.
