Good Morning, Possums and Happy Thursday. And Happy Friday Eve. The weekend is almost here. I hope your week has gone well thus far. Mine has been busy.
Yesterday went well. I have a new physical therapist. Her name is Egle (pronounced Egla) and she is from Lithuania. I think we are going to get along just fine.
Blessing, my stand-by assistant yesterday, well, let’s just say she is not quite living up to her name. I think the best way to describe her is charm-free. She is not a happy person and she only spoke when I asked her something and even then, the answers were ‘yes’ or ‘no’. The only time she did speak was when we were in the waiting room and I asked her if she had a good Christmas/Holiday.
WRONG QUESTION TO ASK!
She doesn’t celebrate Christmas because it is not Jesus’ birthday. It’s a Pagan holiday and I’m probably not going to get into heaven if I celebrate it and that’s when I stopped listening. That’s when Egle came out to get me. Saved by the Lithuanian. I almost kissed her. Needless to say - I, personally, did not find Blessing to be a blessing to me. However, I am sure she is a blessing in other ways to other people - I can only hope and pray.
I have no assistant today or tomorrow. Saturday morning , I have an assistant to take me to get my MRI. Today, I have a meeting to discuss getting a website and a logo created for our podcast for free. Maybe even a sponsor as well. Wish me luck!
