Coming to you from the Celebrity Suites of the Wyndemere Condominiums at Turtle Creek. Today is Wednesday, November 8 and the high temperature is going to be 84 degrees today; sunny and warm today but the rain and cooler weather arrives tomorrow.

Good Afternoon, Possums and Happy Wednesday snd Happy Hump Day. We made it half way through the week.
It’s been a busy, productive good week; not with scheduling appointments and whatnot but here in my casa. My assistants are kicking ass.
On Monday, Doug cleaned out and rearranged my pantry. Yesterday, Larissa was here. She is wonderful. We talked some and got to know each other. She is from Russia and she’s jewish. Yesterday was her birthday and two of her three kids are flying in this weekend. Her youngest son is in Jerusalem. He says he is safe but she is worried.
We did some cooking together and then watched ‘Come From Away’. She saw my framed picture and I said we could watch it….so we did.
Today, Viola was back. She is also GREAT! After brekky, we rearranged, well she rearranged, my office a little bit. It looks much better. Tomorrow, Viola and I are cooking. Since it is going to be rainy, gray and cold, we are going to make chili.
I have been blessed with very good help/assistants.
This Friday night, I will be attending the 11th Annual Legacy Gala – VIVA LAS VEGAS: A NIGHT IN THE 1960S DESERT OASIS. I sit on the Board of the Irving Schools Foundation and this is our biggest fundraiser of the year.
This will be my first outing in two and a half months. It will be fun but I am a little bit nervous. I really don’t have any 1960’s Desert Oasis/Vegas attire, but at least the wheels on my chair light up.
So, yeah - it has been a good, productive week.
