I slept seven hours last night. That almost NEVER happens. I’m not complaining, mind you, but I’m just surprised. I am feeling much better - netter than I have in weeks.
There’s something going on with the nerves in my feet. I don’t know if it’s nerve damage from the MS at work or the shingles but any time my (bare) toes touch metal or wood, it’s as if some has just set mean fire. I can’t even describe the pain. But if I have socks/shoes on, it’s not a problem. I don’t get it.
Get your shingles shots folks - this is not a game or a drill. (And your flu shot too).
Home Health is all set up to begin the day after I return to Dallas. My new assistant will cook, do laundry, take me to appointments / meetings, run errands, pick up prescriptions - all the things I have difficulty doing to a certain degree.
