No birthdays on my calendar today.
Good Morning, Possums and Happy Terrific Tuesday. I feel so much better today, and I do n’t know what it is, but the week after chemo (after the sick stuff) my legs and feet operate so much better. Granted, they aren’t what they used to be, but it gives me hope.
I had physical therapy yesterday. I have it three times a week and it was rough. There was a great deal of standing / getting up and at the end we usually walk. I guess I was ‘feeling my oats’ yesterday because I walked double the amount I usually do. Now, that’s not a lot, but still…baby steps.
I know my wheelchair days are far from over, and barring any set-backs, I am working back towards my walker. I get a little closer every day.
So, any and all of you MS Warriors out there reading this, don’t give up - whatever your situation may be.. It’s hard and I’d rather be doing something else…anything else…but this is where I am - in a wheelchair and I am not staying here. I am going to get to my walker and then my cane and then I will walk and then I will fly - LOL - just kidding. It felt like a natural progression - but you get the idea.
OMG - being motivational is exhausting. I need another cup of coffee. Ok, seriously, I need to get busy with work.
