August has arrived and it’s time to kick off another work week. Gosh, this weekend went by too fast - but they all do. I didn’t post yesterday. I didn’t do anything yesterday. I was a slug. My body said, “No”, and I listened. And I needed a break from the social media.
There is a lot going on today - this week, actually, at work. Also, my neurologist sent me a note last night at 9:30pm to tell me my lymphocyte count was still too low for chemotherapy this week and she would call me this afternoon. She is AWESOME!
It seems my lymphocyte count is going in the wrong direction. My guess is that she will do a blood draw at PLEX on Friday and retest. We shall see. Someone told me to eat sardines to get my count up. That is probably NOT going to happen. I just can’t…
Oh, the joys and blessings of Multiple Sclerosis. I never thought I would say this, but “I want my Chemotherapy, damn it”.
