Summer is here…well, Summer weather is here and I, for one, am not ready for it. I guess it is an early test of the power grid’s health and and mine (to see how well my MS deals with the heat). MS does NOT like extreme heat or cold so this should be fun—-ish!
I slept for 10 hours last night. That has not happened in decades. I think my body was tired from the events of the week - leg botox, PLEX, the theater, work stress - it all adds up.
I am not walking any better or worse and the stiffness in my legs has lessened some. My left foot is no longer a kankle but it is not quite a foot yet either. Gotta work on that one.
Mom and Dad’s time here is coming to an end. I love them dearly. They leave on Monday and they have been so helpful and we have had a very good visit. I think they are planning to come back in August…possibly sooner (depending on how much chemotherapy I’m going to have and how hateful it is going to be).
Not too much planned today - a few errands and dinner with friends tonight.

Anyhoozle, make it a SPECTACULAR day. Do everything today with kindness in your heart. The world is full of kind people. Be one of them! And as always:

...dance/sing/laugh it out. It might not help but it sure as hell couldn't hurt.
