It’s Monday…again…..and time to kick off another work week. As usual, the weekend is a complete blur. I am beginning to think they are mythical.
The thunder in the distance and the rain on my window is quite soothing this morning even though I know I have a full day of work ahead of me - after my botox appointment. Yes, I am kicking off my week by getting botox in my legs. It is being injected into both legs this time - in my calves and hamstrings. It is supposed to help with my spasticity issues.
I do not think I have gotten the full affects of the botox in the past. After every injection/appointment, we have always had a horrible snap of cold weather which does a serious number on my legs. That will not be an issue today.
I think I may crawl back into bed and listen to the storm for a little bit. Work and botox aren’t going anywhere and will be here soon enough.
