No birthdays on my calendar today.
Well, it’s Monday morning and it’s time to kick off another work week. Weather forecast says it’s going to be rainy (YAY) and gross all morning and turn into thunderstorms (YAY) this afternoon / evening. And it’s March 21 - we are already three weeks into March - Q1 is quickly coming to an end.
I didn’t do a great deal this weekend. PLEX really knocked the wind out of my sails on Friday. I did get to hang out with some friends Saturday afternoon, and yesterday was church and I did a little birthday trip research; just looking for new restaurants and places to go before / after the shows each night.
However, after-the-show locations sounds good in theory. It gets more difficult to stay awake past 11pm as I approach 50. Even more so when admit that I am approaching 50 from the wrong direction.
Regardless, there’s always somewhere new to go in NYC, but since the pandemic, you just don’t know what has survived and what has popped up (and what is accessible for me).

...dance/sing/laugh it out. It might not help but it sure as hell couldn't hurt.
