My Life with Multiple Sclerosis 121021

Good Morning from the Celebrity Suite of the Wyndemere Condominiums on Turtle Creek. Today is Friday, December 10.

No birthdays on my calendar today.

Holiday Countdown:

12 Days until Winter Solstice

15 Days until Christmas

16 Days until Kwanzaa

22 Days until 2022

On December 10th, Nobel Prize Day recognizes the annual award established by Alfred Nobel. Alfred Nobel signed his third and last will at the Swedish-Norwegian Club in Paris on November 27, 1895.

When it was opened and read after his death, the will caused a lot of controversy both in Sweden and internationally, as Nobel had left much of his wealth to establish a prize. His family opposed creating the Nobel Prize, and the prize awarders he named refused to do what he had requested in his will. It was five years before the first Nobel Prize could be awarded in 1901.

Happy Nobel Prize Day!

It’s here - I am Carolina bound and headed home for the holidays.  I am very excited to be getting out of town for a bit.  It feels like the only places I have been this year are doctor’s offices and hospitals.  I am looking forward to time with my family and friends at home and disconnecting from work (as much as possible).

What’s on your schedule today?

Anyhoozle, I hope you all have a wonderful day and whatever you do today and every day, do it with kindness in your heart. The world is full of kind people. If you can’t find one, be one!  And as always:

...wear a mask

...be kind and compassionate to one another

...dance/sing/laugh it out. It might not help but it sure as hell couldn't hurt.

Peace, Love and Blessings to you all.  -AJ
