Today is National Fluffernutter Day - that is a peanut butter and marshmallow creme sandwich. I have never had one - not sure that I ever will. But to those that like them….ENJOY!
Starting my 4-day weekend by heading to the UT Southwestern Spa and Resort (Hospital) shortly to get the dressing changed on my port. Then back home to do a little laundry and straightening up - but that’s about it. Work has been so intense lately that I am not sure what to do with four days off. Oh, well - I'll figure it out.
